Bayern Munich’s director, Max Eberl has penned down the name of Jonathan David as the possible replacement of Harry kane in the future.
The Canadian and French Ligue-One club, Lille SOSC’s center-forward, Johnathan David, 24, in the last few years has since been on the radar of the German Bundesliga giant, Bayern Munich‘s transfer list as one of the future young lads to provide their services to the club.
Johnathan David in the last three season has been arguably the best promising versatile center-forward, who can also play as an attacking midfielder and a second striker as well in the top five European leagues.
His impact as a professional player is not only benefiting his club side, Lille SOSC but at the men’s senior national team of Canada, he aided the team secure their first ever FIFA World cup qualification at the last tournament hosted by Qatar in 2022.
In the ongoing 2024/25 campaign, Johnathan David has shown a much appreciable consistency as he has not relent in displaying his maturity, experience, and the dexterity when it balls down to the act of goal scoring.
Further, his hard work has been recognized by Bayern Munich’s director, Max Eberl, who from various sources have revealed that, Johnathan David has the qualities of developing his potentials into becoming one of the best strikers in the future and hence, Bayern Munich would not hesitate to bring him to the club.
However, Bayern Munich’s interest has increased in the past few weeks has they have been informed that, Johnathan David’s contract is very likely that it would not be extended as the player himself is seeking for new chapters when his contract ends with Lille SOSC in the next summer transfer window.
As it is also more clearer that, the youngster at Bayern Munich, Mathys Tel’s future is uncertain since he wants more playing time in order for him to develop into his full potentials; Mathys is already attracting interest from some clubs from the English premier league.

He has made eleven appearances, seven goals and no assist plus, four goals and in four UEFA Champions league group stage games aggregating eleven goals in fifteen games for Lille SOSC.
