Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko have presented a joint letter to the Ghana Football Association as they seek for much improvement in the domestic league structure.
In the early hours of today, Thursday, February 6, 2025, the two giant clubs in the Ghana Premier League have sent an official joint letter to the Ghana Football Association as they stipulated the outcome of a meeting between both clubs.
During the meeting involving Accra Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko, both team had agreed on the essence of security in every league game and the significance of the Football Association providing the requisite security for clubs during each game.
“… In a strategic meeting held in Accra, involving Asante Kotoko’s Interim Management Committee (IMC) and selected members from Hearts of Oak Board and Management, both clubs engaged in a thorough discussion on key issues facing the league.
“The two esteemed teams have underscored their unified dedication to tackling the pressing concern of security at match venues throughout the league. This announcement comes ahead of their anticipated engagement with the Executive Committee of the GFA on Thursday 6th February, 2025,” the letter indicated.
