Senegal could not replicate their outstanding performance at the Mundial, 24-years ago as France finally secure a well deserving revenge against African champions at the Metlife Stadium.
The 82,566 capacity stadium was almost full to the brim as France and Senegal dazzled footballing fans across the global with spectacular football blended with topnotch tactical brilliance from both coaches.

Group I standings now has France leading with three points, Norway and Iraq are yet to play as Senegal occupies the fourth place position with two group games remaining.
