Gabby Octchere-Darko has shared words of apologies following the rants he made which pointed to the former Chairperson of the Electoral Commission, Madam Charlotte Osei being involved in the purchased of lands which belongs to the state.
The astute private legal practitioner, Esquire Gabby Otchere-Darko on Thursday 12 September, 2024, in a social media post recounted the private he had with Madam Charlotte Osei, claiming that the former chairperson of the Electoral Commissioner provided factual details of the who she purchased her lands from.
Gabby Otchere-Darko further added that, the land which belongs to Asaase radio, which was pointed out by the law maker of the North-Tongu Constituency as part of the lands which were purchased from the state are all palpable false and hence, provided more details which ditched the allegations made against the land, on which Asaase radio was built on.
“I have received a private message from Mrs Charlotte Osei clarifying that her land which is close to the Asaase building was purchased privately, like the property occupied by Asaase, from a private person,Berchie, back in 2007. Apologies for any reference erroneously attributed to her and retraction of same,” Esq Gabby Otchere-Darko stated.
