English premier league side, Brighton and Hove Albion have completed transfer discussions for Inter Miami’s engine in the heart of midfield, Diego Gomez as player will join the club in January.
Diego Gomez, 21, in the 2024 MLS campaign has made nineteen appearances for his club, Inter Miami, having provided four assists and find the back of the net thrice making it a total of seven goal contributions for a youngster.
The 2003 born Paraguayan central-midfielder has acquiesced to make a transfer motion from Inter Miami FC to Brighton and Hove Albion in the English premier league on January 1, 2025.
He will join Brighton for a total transfer package worth $18 million, that is, a permanent transfer fee of $15 million plus $3 million add-ons for the midfielder.
Brighton and Hove Albion are currently seventh on the English premier league standings after playing fifteen games, having scored 25 goals and conceded 22, culminating to 24 appoints, just three points deficit for them to be in the UEFA Champions League spot.
