Ghana Premier League match-week 22 fixture involving Medeama FC and Aduana FC have been suspended temporarily and rescheduled for tomorrow, February 14, 2026 at the same venue.
In a crunchy encounter which was set up to kick start another thrilling and entertaining game-week has had match officials cllaing off the game after sudden heavy down pour of rain.
Medeama FC in their quest to extend their points gap on the league table, approached the game against Aduana FC with obvious intentions of being discipline, in terms of maintaining their formation and system of play whiles being purposely in the opponent’s half.
This strategically worked in a chunk of the first-half as the enjoyed a lions share of possession coupled with few major threatening attacking incursions in front goal. It did not take too long for Medeama to register their first goal of the through a set piece awarded to them by the referee, around the left hand side of the eighteen yard box for Salim Adams to hit it with precision into the top right corner.
