Marvin Senaya has expressed pride and delight after securing his debut selection into the senior national team of Ghana.

“I’m deeply honored to have been chosen to represent my country,” referencing that, his choice for Ghana was born out of the country’s football history, “Ghana is a soccer nation with rich history.”
Whiles expressing his delight after gaining a maiden call-up to the Ghana Black Stars team, “and I am thrilled to have been called upon to represent it,” the statement read.
The 25-year-old defender was qualified to either play for France, since he was born in the city of Saint-Maurice, plus, he had the opportunity of representing Togo or Ghana because both parents were eligible nationals.
However, with Senaya’s discretion, he has opted to wear the Black-Stars jersey, assuring Ghanaians, “I’ll do so with pride, loyalty, and patriotism.”
