Medeama FC‘s head coach, Ibrahim Tanko has asserted words of assurance ahead of match-week 22 Ghana Premier League game scheduled to take place at the Tarkwa T&A Park.
On Friday, league leaders, Medeama would be seeking to extend their points gap by clasping the necessary points against Aduana FC as this game promises to serve football fans with much excitement and thrilling end-to-end action.
Two league title contenders are determined to battle it out in the most dramatic fashion after both side secured qualification into the next stage of the MTN FA Cup last weekend.
In the last three games played by Medeama at their home venue, they registered three wins out of three, scored seven goals and conceded two – highlighting the defensive solidity and their efficiency in front of goal.
“After loosing our game against Nations FC’s, then we managed to go into the next round of the MTN FA Cup but I think that the league game is always different – Aduana is coming with a very good team with a good technical team behind them but I always say, playing home, you always want to control.
“You want to create chances to score. It is not going to be easy but I am sure that the boys are ready to keep the points here,” Coach Ibrahim Tanko iterated.
On the flip side, Aduana FC have lost once out of their last three competitive games, scoring three goals and conceding one. This is obviously going to be a cagey encounter between two defensively solid sides who rarely ship in goals for fun.
