Ghanaian sports journalist, Felix Romark has praised Samba Gilbani for his splendid performance in yesterday’s league game for kotoko.
The Congolese center-back, Ndongani Samba Gilbani’s performance for Ghana Premier League giant, Asante Kotoko in their first league game against Berekum Chelsea has attracted laudable commendations from sports pundits in the Ghana.
Sports pundit and Ghana Premier League statistician, Felix Romark after watching Samba in Kotoko’s away fixture has asserted his confidence in the Congolese defender, “what an outstanding signing”.
He further claimed in his submission that, the scout who recommended Samba to Kumasi Asante Kotoko should be given an extra cash for his or her excellent job done. “Whoever scouted Samba Gilbani for Asante Kotoko deserves a hefty pay raise.”
Briefly, Asante Kotoko in their preparation to represent the the country in the CAF Confederation Cup have initiated their 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season on a good note after stealing a lone goal from Berekum Chelsea.
Berekum Chelsea’s coach, Samuel Boadu in his post-match press conversation admitted that, his team where not clinical when the goal scoring chance presented themselves for them to bury hence, his opponent deserved the win.
“Congratulations to Asante Kotoko. We did not take our chances in the first half. I apologize to all Berekum Chelsea fans for the result,” coach Samuel Boadu asserted.
