FIFA World Cup 2026 Chronicles: “I’ll Stop Kane” – Shaman Kwaku Bonsam

Ghanaian renowned shaman, widely known as Nana Kwaku Bonsam has been fuming his personal interest in finding spiritual solutions to avert England’s talisman Harry Kane from scoring against Ghana.

Now, in Group-L, Ghana after squeezing out a difficult 1-0 win from Panama in their 2026 World Cup opener are set to face one of the title contenders, England- a game touted as a make or break affair for both sides.

With both teams heading into this game as the only teams in the group to have clinch all three points in Group-L certainly stairs up a boiling interest from both ends as the statistics surrounding this game is very viable.

As previous outings of both teams at the Mundial, Ghana has never lost any of their second group game at the World Cup whereas England on the other side has also not lost to any African opposition on the world stage.

However, one of Ghana’s respected shaman, Nana Kwaku Bonsam has been speaking, asserting on the fact that, England has the realistic chances of winning against Ghana but then, with his prowess as a spiritual giant, “he will work on Kane.”

Speaking with a local media house, “I am working on Harry Kane,” he said. Adding that, “I have shown what I am capable of before so I know what work I must do to stop him [Harry Kane].”

Nana Kwaku Bonsam iterated that, he has no intentions of blessing the English center-forward with any “serious” injuries which might have any detrimental effect on him however, he will make sure Kane does not produce any excellent performance.

“I am not wishing him serious injury. It will be just enough to stop him against my country [Ghana]. I will do my work so that it can help Ghana,” Nana Kwaku Bonsam said.

Any outcome of a result aside a loss will be enough to get Ghana to book a qualification into the next stage of the competition. For England, a win will get them join the likes of Mexico who have made it into the round of thirty-two.
