The Tertiary Business Sense Challenge version 6.0 is already in it round of sixteen which is also a knock-out stage.
Therefore, arguably the best education institution, University of Education-Winneba was paired with University of Professional Studies in the knock-out stages of the competition. The challenge to determine which university to progress and book a spot in the quarter finals among both tertiary institution enlisted above took place yesterday, September 28, 2024.
The round of sixteen stage of the Tertiary Business Sense Challenge version 6.0 displayed a fiercely competed business knowledge from the carefully selected contestants from the business schools of University of Education-Winneba and University of Professional Studies to compete and bring glory to their respective universities.
As the first round of questions and answers were completed University of Education-Winneba scored 17 points as against 6 points for University of Professional Studies (UPSA), the second batch of questions and answers was underway which ended in 5 points for University of Education (UEW) and zero points for University of Professional Studies (UPSA).
Further, round three took center stage of the version 6.0 of the Tertiary Business Sense Challenge between UEW and UPSA which ended in a 2 and 7 points respectively.
Plus, the round four of the challenge was divided into two named 4(A) and 4(B). In the first batch of the round 4 UEW scored a 19 points while UPSA also scored 6 points. Into the second batch of round four, UEW registered 12 points as against UPSA who registered nothing in their favor.
The last round of the competition, which is the round five of the round 16 stage between University of Education-Winneba and University of Professional Studies for the National Business Sense Challenge version 6.0 championship saw nothing but a 6 points being shared among the two schools equally.
It is significant to note that, the round of sixteen challenge between University of Education-Winneba and University of Professional Studies ended in a 58 and 22 points recorded respectively.
Meanwhile, the raining champions of the competition, University of Education-Winneba have made their intentions to make history by wining the championship twice in a row as their results in the round of 16 speak volumes of their unrelenting thoughts to win.
The quarter finals of the Tertiary Business Sense Challenge version 6.0 is schedule to take place on Monday, September 30, 2024 and Tuesday September 1st, 2024 as contest one will be underway at the Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT) hall at Nungua, Accra. The pairings for the contest are:
