Algeria Football Association have rescheduled match-week 16 which was set to take place over the weekend.
The Algerian Cup would take center stage this weekend hence, temporarily suspending any Algeria Ligue One game.
Much focus is being dedicated on the Algeria Cup as three games in the Algeria Cup would be underway today, February 7, 2025. That is, Mo Bejaia would be at home as they face Hai El Djabel further, Temouchent would also host Beni Thamou and the final game of the day would be between Oran and Harrach.
On Saturday, February 8, 2025, a clash of titans which is even befitting for a CAF Champions League final would take place between two Algeria topflight sides, MC Algers and CR Belouizdad.
More so, the final game is scheduled to take place on Sunday as Olympique Akbou would host Arzew.
The anticipation of the very entertaining Algeria Ligue One would resume from next weekend.
