Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Vitinha down played any possible future transfer move to Real Madrid as he indicates his wishes of playing a key role in the French-Ligue One giants project.
The former FC Porto midfielder, Vitinha in the last few hours has been linked to Real Madrid, with multiple rumors earmarking the midfielder gem as the best-fit personnel to solving the Los Blancos’ central midfield shorfalls.
As Spanish La-Liga side heads into a feasible two consecutive trophyless campaign characterized with major set-backs, Real Madrid would be seeking to reaffirm their dominance in the coming season hence, the need to make some big signings.
In that spirit, Paris Saint-Germain robust central midfielder, Vitinha in an interview with with Canall 11 has reacted to transfer rumors linking him to the Spanish club.
“It would be stupid for me to leave Paris St Germain,” adding that, “I don’t think a move to Madrid is the best thing for me right now. I feel great here at PSG.”
Vitinha asserted his interest to stay at the Parc de Princes for as long as he wants, “We have a fantastic squad and an incredible coach in Luis Enrique,” he said.
