Manchester City are in transfer talks with Paris Saint Germain in order to secure the signature of Gianluigi Donnarumma.
English Premier League side, Manchester City in their quest to reignite their chance of staying competitive in the 2025/26 new season have made official steps in securing the signature of PSG’s safe pair of Gianluigi Donnarumma.
Multiple reports have indicated that, Luis Enrique as the manager for Paris Saint Germain is no longer interested in having the services of the Italian goal-keeper hence, is open to dishing out Donnarumma to another club.
Initially, PSG were asking for a transfer fee a little above 40-million-pounds with add-ons, now, close sources have revealed that the French Ligue-One reigning champions are willing to reduce their asking price in order to find suitors.
As things stand, Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City have expressed interest in Donnarumma; talks are currently ongoing between both clubs meanwhile, personal terms have been agreed.
However, Manchester City would be open to completing the move for Gianluigi Donnarumma if Turkish side, Galatasaray are able to sign their first choice goalkeeper, Ederson in the next coming days.
Deal is currently progressing steadily well between Manchester City and paris Saint Germain however, the green light would be shown if Galatasaray are able to secure Ederson which is looking more likely.
