Brentford FC have sealed transfer talks with AFC Bournemouth for Dango Ouattara.
The inception of the new 2025/26 Premier League season have not necessitated the closer of the summer transfer window.
Premier League side, Brentford have secured the services of highly rated Burkinabe forward, Dango Ouattara for a club breaking transfer record fee.
Now, the Bees after loosing Bryan Mbeumo to fellow Premier League side, Manchester United in the transfer window have splashed the cash for the services of AFC Bournemouth’s versatile forward.
Transfer negotiations between all interested parties have been sealed; sources also disclosed that, Brentford paid a transfer fee worth 42.5-million-pounds to AFC Bournemouth.
Dango Ouattara after agreeing on personal terms with Brentford signed a five-years contract with the club which included an additional option to extend.
The 23-year-old would switch camps from the Cherries into becoming a new member of the Bees in the 2025/25 campaign.
Brentford in announcing their new signee on social media express their joy for employing Dango Ouattara, “We’re delighted to confirm the signing of Dango Ouattara from AFC Bournemouth for a club record fee. The forward has signed a five-year contract with a club option of an additional year.”
