Chelsea FC get the better of Aston Villa by 3-0 as Unai Emery fails to get something out of the game.
Match week thirteen in the English premier witnessed Chelsea, who were at home as Aston Villa found their way to the Stamford Bridge for the much interesting game of two side who are were in to fight fight for the maximum points and improve on their league standings.
However, at the end of ninety-minutes, in form Chelsea FC, completely disposed off Aston Villa with eased as they did not relent on stumping their authority in terms of possession and taking their chances as and when they came.
After seven minutes in to the first half of the game, Chelsea had drawn the first blood as the Senegalese center-forward, Nicholas Jackson with an individual brilliance found the back of the net in close range to make it 1-0.
Further, Unai Emery on the touch line began to initiate his in game game management only for Chelsea to bag the second goal which provides them the breathing space to play their game which was through a beautiful defense splitting link up play by Cole Palmer to Enzo Fernandez on the thirty-sixth minute of time played.
Nothing was working for Aston Villa as they went into the first half breaking trailing by two unanswered goals from Chelsea.
Heading into the second-half, Unai Emery initiated a change, subbing off Martinez for Olsen on the forty-six minute yet, his side could not find any joy on every occasion they attempted to hurt Chelsea in order to get back into the game.
In Villa’s quest to secure an equalizer and get back into the game, Cole Palmer seized the opportunity to further deepen the woes of the opposition as he scored the third goal on the eighty-third minute through a set piece to close dockets on Aston Villa’s hope of getting even a point out of the game.
As things stand, Chelsea are currently on the same points tally with their fellow English premier league title contenders, Arsenal, both teams are on twenty-five points after match-week thirteen.
