Peter May Center In England Honors Harry Kane With a Statue

Harry Kane’s statue has been successfully unveiled at the Peter May Center for his commitments and hard work to the England national team and all his exploits in his entire footballing career.

Bayern Munich’s and the skipper of the three lions of England national team, Harry Kane has been honored today, November 18, 2024 with a statue at the Peter May Center for dedication and his outputs whenever he has been called to the national team including the mouthwatering numbers he has chalked in his club career.

Harry Kane as a center-forward has been deemed by many football pundits and football fanatics as if not the best, then one of the best strikers to ever man that position on the field of play.

Further, in the last decade, Kane had graduated from being a player who failed to make the cut into Arsenal’s first team to a player who had become Tottenham Hotspurs top-scorer plus arguably the best striker in the English premier league and in the top five European leagues for the last decade.

Jumping into Harry Kane’s national team history, he made his first national team debut with the England under-17 on March 27, 2010, making just three appearances and scoring two goals. He then gained a call-up into the England under-19, on October 18, 2010, as he made fourteen appearances and registering six goals.

Kane on June 23, 2013, was called to join the England under-20 which was a very short stint, making three appearances and scoring just once. After months past by, he gained another England youth call-ups into the under-21 on August 13, 2013, he sized every opportunity given to him as he made fourteen appearances and had scored in eight different occasions.

In 2015, March 15, 2015, Harry kane after cementing a position in the Tottenham Hotspur set-up, had his first three lions call to make an appearances for his country and after that game, he has since been an integral member of the English national team; he currently has chopped a hundred and two appearances which in itself is not an easy feet and has found the back of the net sixty-eight times. Kane is presently the captain of the England national team.

Additionally, after making four hundred and thirty-five for Tottenham Hotspur FC in the English premier league, Harry kane had established himself as a prolific goal scorer having bagged two hundred and eighty goals plus sixty-one assists for the club; which was enough to make him the leading top scorer of the club and one of the highest goal scorers in the English premier league.

More so, a combination of appearances on the tickets of his former club, Tottenham Hotspur and current club, Bayern Munich has made a total of forty-eight appearances, scoring thirty-four goals and providing ten assists as it stands now.

Harry Kane’s impact in both his club side and national team has been well acknowledge by his fellow country men as he now has his statue in the city of London, England, at the Peter May Center.

“A real proud moment for me to go back to where my life in football began and unveil a statue. I hope it helps inspire the next generation to work hard and believe in themselves,” Harry Kane shared a word of appreciation after being honored with a statue.
